Your diploma will be mailed to the address indicated on the degree application approximately eight weeks after final grades have been processed by the Registrar’s Office.
Check Your Diploma Status
Any address change must be received, in writing, by the Registrar’s Office before the end of the semester. If there is a question concerning your diploma, contact the Registrar’s Office at 575-646-4796 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Duplicate diplomas may be ordered from the Registrar’s Office at a cost of $10 per copy. Please make check or money order payable to New Mexico State University and mail to:
